My way of eating different type of food probably came from, growing up with friends of different ethnicity, most of my friends growing up were asian, or half asian and half white, so i grew up eating different types of food, not just the one my mom made at home which was mostly rice and beans and chicken and salad, but also chinese, japanese, thai. My like for certain fruits and vegetables came from my mom, since she always made sure i ate healthy foods too. My diet habits are mostly fill with rice, chicken, berries, and salad and yogurt/milk. My favorite meal, is probably something foreign, something different than what i usually eat, maybe like sushi, or some pad thai with either seafood or tofu. From what i've heard or seen online, both dishes are apparently healthy.
When we went to the grocery, as i enter, and looked up, the first thing i saw was a bunch of shelves with chocolate, and other types of junk food, and i notice that junk food, which is kind of weird, cause when i think of grocery stores i think of vegetables, meat, fruits, not junk food, and yet thats the first thing to greet me, shows how much people came to love junk food, it now has to be placed where people can see it first. Also i notice that most of the organic/healthy food, is mixed in with the lesser unhealthy food, which i think is wrongly placed, because at first i hardly noticed it, until i gave another look, so people might miss it, and end up getting the lesser healthy food, which is less benefiting for them.
