food journal
tuesday night, for dinner i had white rice and beans and some salad which my mom made, i ate my food with a spoon, and then a fork for the salad, the dressing had, lime and a bit of salt for the dressing. While eating it i was in my room sitting on my bed doing homework, while listening to music on the TV. I ate the rice and beans at 7pm for 30min, and then the salald at 8:30pm for 15min. My feelings while eating was pretty neutral, wasn't really into it, but wasnt hating the food, i chewed like about 11 times per chew. The next day for breakfast i had 3 yogurts, and a cup of soy very vanilla milk. I enjoyed my breakfast since i love yogurt, ate it with a spoon. I was feeling tired, and was eating it while putting on my shoes, in the living room. Then for lunch, i had some of the school lunch, which was chicken and pasta and some bread. I ate some of the pasta and chicken with a fork, and ate the bread with my hands, but i didnt finish it, because i didnt really enjoyed the lunch. Then for dinner, which my mom cooked, i had some white rice and a bit of beef, and salad. I ate everything with a fork, and chewed like about 11-13 time. I ate in my room reading a book, while music was playing on the TV. It took me about 30min to finish eating the rice and beef, starting at 6:30pm and then 20min to eat the salad, at 7:50.

Food culture, home & corporate
At home, my mom usually is the one to cook the food, but sometimes i would do it instead. The food is usually white rice, chicken cutlet/beef, beans, and salad, or sometimes is pasta with shrimp in it. The food is low on salt, because too much salt can cause kidney stones. Sometimes we just have takeout, like chinese food, or hispanic food. We dont eat together, my parents are in the living room, sitting on their chairs and watching TV, while im eating in my room doing homework. The american of dinner, is to have a meal together at a table, or together infront of the TV, so my family and the american way are different, since we dont spend it together.

answer to food question
How much food do we waste?
Based on a study from the University of Arizona in Tucson, the US wastes half its food. 40 - 50% of all food ready for harvest never gets eaten. All the food wasted arent even fully finished, and with all that food, we can help fill people that are in need for food. (foodnavigator-usa)

500 word essay on health
I find moral health most interesting out of the other health. What do you think is means to be morally healthy? to be a well behaved person?, to help others when they're in need? and to help our environment?. Most of those were what i thought being morally healthy was like, since we were told to help people, to make a good example of yourself, to be a wonderful person. Though you can see that society, even though we share some of the same morals, we dont always exactly follow them. For example like, helping people, there are millions of kids out there suffering, whether from being orphaned at a young age, or dealing with an illness, and all we need to do is send some money to help them out, and yet little amount of people actually do it. But sure why dont you buy yourself some nice shoes, or that pretty flat screen TV that would look great in your bedroom, instead of giving away your money to someone who can't afford to buy food, and wears the same clothes every single day, or to an ill child who can actually be cured in time if only someone payed the right amount. Thats the problem with society, we're all bent on getting all the new products that we will eventually grow tired of, and just spend money for our own pleasure. Not that there is anything wrong with buying stuff for yourself, but if you have being a good person and helping others for one of your morals, then i think you'll need to sacrifice some of the money.
Even when it involves our planet, we can't let go of our self-pleasures, all these cars, no matter how many changes or improvements people are trying to make, its still harming our planet, and yet we cant stop, because we're lazy selfish people. Instead of driving a car, we could atleast walk or ride a bike, which is so much more healthier, since both are a great way of getting exercise, and the only thing you can get from sitting is hemorrhoids, and some pounds, and nobody wants that. We even make a day for earth, yet we dont really do much for it, like what? planting a tree in your honor because you saw the movie "earth", why dont we just plant trees without needing a reason, besides trying to help the environment.
I think the only way our planet can be saved, is if we went back in time when there werent any cars, planes, rockets, and when we all did things with our own hands and used our own brain.
To deepen my health, instead of sitting infront of the computer or playing video games all the time, i might go out, walk, skate, maybe learn how to ride a bike, and also drag my friends along with me. Also I'll be more careful before accusing someone of being a bad person, when based on my moral im not even a good one either, i'll be more careful before using the word bad.

Looking at the list above, its somewhat healthy with all the vegetables and fruits, and grains. Shows that we're somewhat like in the middles, we eat healthy sometimes, and others we not as much. I honestly though the food in my fridge was going to be more fill with unhealthy food, because i dont really see my parents going in to take out a healthy snack, usually the baby carrots are untouched, until i notice them there. Which goes to show some of us dont really pay attention to whats in our fridge.

emotionally healthy and unhealthy
There was a family of four, that didnt act much like a family. The father would come back home at late hours, with the smell of perfume lingering on his clothes, with the same excuse "had to stay in late at work, sorry". The son skips school to go off with some "friends" to do drugs, and steal. The daughter was a whore, a high school drop out since she got knocked up by a guy who wants nothing to do with her. The mother the only one aware of everything that was happening to her loved ones, only grew more and more depressed after each time she tried to pick the pieces up, and only to be put down. That night, while no one was home yet, she took out a knife, went to her and her husbands bedroom, cut her wrists and with her blood wrote on the wall "I love you, goodbye". When everyone got home, they all went to their own room, and as the husband walked into his, he saw his wife dead, in a pool of her own blood.
It was a sad day for the johnsons, Mr.johnson had just passed away, from a heart attack.
All his friends and family came to his funeral, to pay respect, pray, and mourn. Gregory who was close to his father, was holding back his tears, as he came closer to his fathers casket, and when he saw his fathers pale stiff face, all the memories of them playing, joking around rushed threw his mind, and his tears slide down his cheeks, as he silently wept.
